Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by FastBikePro.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however you are responsible for the shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items being returned that are not a result of our error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is marked not returnable on our web site.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any book that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or any item that
has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Our Exchange Policy
Apparel items may be exchanged once
with an exemption of our restocking fee, however you are responsible for shipping

Our Shipping Policy
We ship UPS ground in the Continental United States only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional charges. We do not ship outside of the United States.

From time to time Fast Bike Pro's Suppliers raise pricing. We try to keep pricing one the site updated, but we do reserved the right to change pricing without notice.
